This rare Prince Lasha document recorded in Dallas in 1983 was unavailable for 37 years. daagnimRecords has made it available again after renewed interest in the work of Prince Lasha has resurfaced. It features Ornette Coleman sideman and crooner Webster Armstrong and the daagnim rhythm section. Lasha, who was visiting family in Fort Worth, had heard of the daagnim collective and was keen on collaborating with the musicians. As soon as he contacted Dennis Gonzalez, some sessions and playing time were set up, and a recording emerged - the tracks with vocals recorded at KERA-FM 90.1 in Dallas with Lasha's friend and colleague Armstrong. The instrumental tracks were recorded at daagnim's Meio Dia Studio.
